Office Manager | Lead the Future of Dentistry: The Holistic Dental Studio

| Opening November 2026

This is not your typical dental office manager position.

The Holistic Dental Studio is a revolutionary, high-end dental practice opening in November 2026, and we are building something truly different.

We believe dentistry can be more thoughtful, more elevated, more connected, and more centered around the human experience. Our vision goes beyond exceptional clinical care. We are creating an environment where world-class dentistry meets extraordinary hospitality- and where both our guests and team members feel genuinely seen, valued, and cared for.

To bring this vision to life, we are searching for an exceptional leader.

Not just an experienced Office Manager. The best of the best.

Someone who has mastered the traditional responsibilities of running a dental practice and is ready for an opportunity to build something bigger.

Who We're Looking For: We are intentionally setting the bar high.

Our ideal Office Manager is a proven leader with a deep understanding of dentistry, operations, people, and business performance.

You are someone who doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done. You see it, own it, and move it forward.

You understand that an exceptional practice doesn't happen by accident. It requires strong systems, engaged people, accountability, exceptional communication, and a leader who can bring all of those things together.

You are:

An experienced dental Office Manager or Practice Leader
A proven leader who knows how to develop, coach, and inspire a team
Highly organized and operationally minded
Comfortable with KPIs, budgets, scheduling, production, collections, and business performance
Confident holding people accountable while still leading with kindness and respect
A strong communicator who can navigate difficult conversations
Passionate about creating exceptional patient- or rather, guest- experiences
Naturally proactive and solutions-oriented
Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership
Adaptable, flexible, and open to change
Excited by innovation, technology, and doing things differently
Able to balance high expectations with genuine compassion
Someone who can bring calm and clarity to a fast-moving environment

Most importantly, you are the type of leader people want to follow.

What This Role Really Means: This is more than managing schedules, approving timecards, or putting out fires.

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for helping build, lead, and protect the culture and operational excellence of The Holistic Dental Studio.

You will partner closely with leadership and providers to ensure that the practice is operating efficiently, profitably, and intentionally.

You will help lead:

Daily operations and practice flow
Team development and accountability
Guest experience and hospitality standards
Scheduling efficiency and capacity management
Production and collections performance
Financial and operational KPIs
Systems, workflows, and process improvement
Team communication and alignment
Training and onboarding
Problem-solving and conflict resolution

You will be expected to understand the numbers behind the business- not just the people inside of it.

And while we value experience, we are not looking for someone who is committed to doing things simply because, “That's how it's always been done.”

We want a leader who brings expertise while remaining curious.

Hospitality Is Not an Add-On: At The Holistic Dental Studio, our patients are more than patients- they are our guests.

Hospitality will be woven into every part of our practice. From the first phone call to the final follow-up, every interaction matters. As our Office Manager, you will be instrumental in setting and maintaining the standard for how our guests are treated and how our team treats one another. We want to create an experience that feels elevated, thoughtful, seamless, and deeply human.

You will help ensure that our team doesn't simply provide great service.

We create memorable experiences.

Systems will change. Processes will improve. Challenges will arise; we need someone who doesn't become overwhelmed by that. We need someone who sees it as exciting. Someone who can bring order to ambiguity, create clarity from complexity, and help a team stay focused through change.

This role requires maturity, confidence, emotional intelligence, resilience, and an incredible work ethic.

What We Offer: We believe exceptional people deserve exceptional opportunities.

Our team members enjoy:

Competitive compensation
Competitive performance-based bonus system
Health and additional benefits
401(k) opportunities
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Continuing Education opportunities
Annual scrub allowance
Leadership and professional development opportunities
A supportive, collaborative, high-performing culture
The opportunity to build something extraordinary from the ground up

A Final Word: We know this posting may not be for everyone. That's intentional.

We are looking for someone exceptional. Someone who wants to look back a few years from now and say: "I helped build that."

If you're an experienced dental leader with high drive, high standards, a passion for people, and the desire to help redefine what a dental practice can be, we want to hear from you.

The future of dentistry is being built. We're looking for the person who can help lead it.

Benefits:

401(k)
401(k) matching
Continuing education credits
Dental insurance
Employee discount
Health insurance
Paid time off
Retirement plan
Vision insurance
